We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders will only be shipped to valid addresses within the U.S.

Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified via email.
3. Shipping Methods

6. Address Accuracy
It is important that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Cozy Luis is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
7. Delivery Issues

We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Cozy Luis is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors.

9. Signature Requirement
For certain orders, especially those with high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery. If this applies to your order, you will be notified, and you will need to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
