You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
